LIMITED RELEASE: East Timor – Ermera Washed

We are psyched out of our minds for this next Limited Release coffee! We haven’t featured a coffee from East Timor before and are excited to share two new offerings from this origin in the upcoming weeks. In an area that has primarily relied on wet-hulled processing methods because of the cloudy, rainy climate, producers in East Timor have developed their own techniques for washed, honey and natural processing to highlight the quality of the coffee they are producing and it shows. 

The first coffee we are bringing to our lineup is a washed process coffee from the Ermera region. Featuring a smooth bodied cup with notes of molasses and cinnamon, this coffee makes a delicious cup to enjoy in whatever brew method you put it to.
