LIMITED RELEASE: East Timor – Ermera Natural

Another coffee from East Timor! This time around we are featuring a natural process lot from this new-to-us origin. With it being a natural process, this coffee is on the fruitier side without being too wild or funky. Expect a nice bodied cup with notes of orange zest, clove, and cascara. Enjoyable in whatever brew method your heart desires. 

In an area that has primarily relied on wet-hulled processing methods because of the cloudy, rainy climate, producers in East Timor have developed their own techniques for washed, honey and natural processing to highlight the quality of the coffee they are producing and it shows. We are excited to share these two new offerings from this origin and hope you have a chance to try both.
