Our next Limited Release offering comes to you from the Rwenzori Silverback farm in Uganda. The Rwenzori mountains in the region of the same name provide the altitude and terroir for this coffee to be grown. The Silverback farm brings together a group of small-holder producers that grow coffee in this region and then bring the picked coffee on the same day for further processing. This natural process coffee was sorted by floatation and dried on raised tables for 21-35 days before its final processing in Kampala.
This coffee’s unique combination of creamy body and mouthfeel along with its fruity sweetness make for an enjoyable cup with interesting notes.
