Two Ways About It

This new blend is a bit of an experiment using two coffees from the same origin. We took our Washed Ethiopia from Yirgacheffe with its floral aroma and citrus, and our Natural Ethiopia from Guji with its berry and chocolate, and blended them 50/50. We tweaked the roast level slightly and discovered that the coffees together created a fruity floral bouquet that is delicious on filter as well as espresso. 

We hope to continue this experiment with some of our other favorite origins, so be on the lookout for future versions of Two Ways About It.
