Yirgacheffe is magical. If you have not tried coffee grown in this region, you are truly missing out on something special. I have been purchasing Yirgacheffe roasted at Pammel Park for 3 or 4 years now and can attest to their consistency and quality. I have purchased Yirgacheffe from other roasters in the past and have been astonished by how inconsistent their quality has been and actually wonder if they were sometimes incorporating lower quality beans or substituting with beans from another region if they were unable to acquire the correct beans. Yirgacheffe is so unique and distinctive, you will know just by smelling the beans whether you have the real deal or not and I have never been let down by Pammel Park.
