The Frinsa Collective is run by Wildan Mustofa and is made up of various small producers surrounding the Frinsa Estate in the Pangalengan region of West Java. The coffee is rinsed, sorted, and depulped the same day it’s delivered, then fermented for 18 hours. It is then washed and let dry on patios for up to 10 days. This unique coffee is savory and complex with lemon and toffee notes. We have purchased only 250 lbs of this lot, so grab some while you can!
