This Pacas varietal is grown at 1900 meters above sea level by Rodolfo Huezo. The coffee is picked ripe and immediately de-pulped. After fermentation and washing, the coffees are dried on raised beds for roughly 3 weeks. This attention detail in coffee processing has resulted in an exceptional Microlot. Sweet and crisp with beautiful brightness.
